Thank you once again. Our community events simply would not exist without the incredible support, time, and dedication of our volunteers. You are the heart and driving force behind everything we do, and we are truly grateful for each and every one of you!

You will be briefed prior before regarding your individual roles and roster prior.
Please remember to sign in and off at the Information Desk on arrival and also upon the conclusion of your shift. The Information Desk will be at the top of the market stalls in Sanger Street.
You will receive a High Vis Vests, wristbands and “Volunteer Lanyard” will be supplied, so please collect that at time of sign on.
Your lanyard will list your main contacts for the day. Radio’s will be the main form of communication but all main event staff can be contacted by phone if needed.
St. Johns will also be on site situated near the corner of Sanger and River Street. Near the finish line of the course. In the case of an emergency, please follow the emergency line of communication. 
Sunscreen will also be available on the desk. Please make sure you use it.
Before you leave on the day, please return the vest to the desk and sign off.
Please wear black or blue shorts or pants, black t-shirt, hat, closed in comfortable shoes (jeans are OK).
Lunch will be available from the BBQ located in the laneway near Sureways. Please show your wristband when collecting your food. 
Water and soft drinks are available at any time during the day from Eskies placed at the Information Desk and the Pit area. Other snacks will also be provided in your area.
